DAVID DEERY CONTRACTS LTD.
QUALITY WORK, BUILT TO LAST
From a small start to a growing team, built on hard work and pride in the trade.
David Deery Contracts began as a small operation built on hard work and a genuine passion for construction. Since then, it's grown into David Deery Contracts Ltd., backed by a trusted team with the experience to take on projects of all sizes.
Born and raised in Co. Donegal, David got his start in construction young, working alongside his grandfather, learning the trade from the ground up and picking up a work ethic that's stuck with him ever since.
With over 20 years in the industry, David took the step of starting his own company. What began as a small operation has grown steadily through reputation, word of mouth, and a commitment to doing the job right.
While the company carries David's name, he's quick to credit the team behind him, a group who take real pride in their work.
David Deery Contracts is based on Main St, Milford, Co. Donegal, working on homes, farms and businesses throughout the county. We handle groundworks, renovations, new builds and landscaping with our own crew, so the same team sees a job from foundation to finish.
Every job is fully insured and quoted upfront, with no surprises along the way.
The principles that guide every job, from the first conversation to the finished project.
Workmanship that's built to last, not just to pass.
Doing right by clients, on every job, every time.
Supporting one another on site and always learning.
Genuine pride in the finished job, every time.
We work closely with clients from that first conversation right through to completion. Our services cover new builds, renovations, extensions and commercial projects, along with our growing septic tank and wastewater supply and installation work.
Every project matters to us, whether it's a new home, a renovation, or a commercial job. We take the time to understand what our clients actually want, and work with them to deliver something they're proud of.
As a partner and father of three, David understands the value of a strong foundation, in construction and in life. That same principle shapes how the team approaches every project.
For us, construction is about more than just finishing a job. It's about quality work that's built to last, and strong relationships with the people we work with.
Quality. Integrity. Teamwork. Pride. Let's build something great together.
